Celebrate your child’s special day in a sensory-friendly, inclusive environment at The Calming Canvas! Our birthday parties are designed to provide a safe and engaging experience for children with autism and other sensory needs.

Private Sessions?

Private sessions are available for $75 for up to three hours, accommodating up to three children. Enjoy an exclusive, sensory-friendly experience designed to provide a comfortable and engaging environment tailored to your child’s needs. 

Packages

  • Basic Package – Starting at $300

    Duration: 2 hours of playtime

    Guests: Up to 10 children

    Includes:

    •Private access to sensory play areas

    •Access to the Calming tent for breaks and quiet time

    •A dedicated host to assist during the party/event

    Requirements:

    •Ages 2-10yrs old

    •Only socks worn in play area (Socks available for purchase if needed)

    •Parent or guardian must be present with child at all times.

  • Deluxe Package – Starting at $450

    Duration: 2.5 hours of playtime

    Guests: Up to 15 children

    Includes:

    •Everything in the Basic Package, plus:

    •Special birthday/event decorations 

    •Calming goodie bags for each child

    Requirements:

    •Ages 2-10yrs old

    •Only socks worn in play area (Socks available for purchase if needed)

    •Parent or guardian must be present with child at all times.

    Duration: 3 hours of playtime

    Guests: Up to 20 children

    Includes:

    •Everything in the Deluxe Package, plus:

    •Customized sensory party favors 

    •Additional sensory-friendly games and group activities

    •Parent or guardian must be present with child at all times.

Field Trips

Give your students a unique sensory experience with a field trip to The Calming Canvas! Our facility is designed to provide a safe, engaging environment tailored to children with sensory needs.

  • Standard Field Trip Package – Starting at $300

    Duration: 1.5 hours

    Group Size: Up to 10 children

    Includes:

    • Access to all sensory play areas

    • Guided activities with our trained staff

    • Quiet tent for students who need a sensory break

    Requirements:

    •Ages 2-10yrs old

    •Only socks worn in play area (Socks available for purchase if needed)

    •Parent or guardian must be present with child at all times.
